A few years ago, with the employment opportunities emerging in the province, many people relocated to the province. It was a boom for the province. Population in some of the cities almost doubled over a period of five years. It certainly was an excellent time for the economy of the province.

One of the sectors which benefitted most was the real estate sector. New home sales market expanded at an impressive rate during the period. The new home sales statistics for the province showed a stunning rate of growth. One could see the curve rising on the new home sales graph.
